Our Principal, Joe Siracusa, is a member of the Intellectual Property Society of Australia & New Zealand (IPSANZ) and has advised public and private sector clients on intellectual property rights issues in a range of circumstances.
We also refer clients to patent and trade mark attorneys where appropriate, for services which they can perform more efficiently or cost effectively, or where the work may only be undertaken by those professionals. |

Principal Joe Siracusa co-presented a half-day seminar in Melbourne in October 2009 called A PRACTICAL LEGAL GUIDE TO MANAGING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (IP) IN A PROCUREMENT SETTING. Part of Contract Law Week 2009, this half-day interactive training aimed to give attendees a basic ‘toolkit’ for identifying and dealing with intellectual property (IP) issues in the context of public sector procurement.
